Renter access
Let renters unlock the car from their reservation page
Switch it on for a car and renters get Unlock, Lock and Lights & horn on their reservation page, from 30 minutes before pickup until an hour after return. They can see where the car is while the trip is on. The first unlock waits until the paperwork is done.
- Paid and signed first. Unlock stays off until the agreement is signed, the ID check (if one was started) has passed and the balance is paid.
- Photos before keys. Optionally require pickup photos before the renter can unlock.
- Never the starter. Renters can lock, unlock and find the car. Only you and your team control the starter.

Good to know
- Commands need the car to have cell signal. MooveTrax's Bluetooth backup works in MooveTrax's own app, not from Fleetwire.
- MooveTrax doesn't report fuel level, so readings are odometer only.
- Trackers and their service plans come from MooveTrax. Fleetwire customers get $15 off the MooveTrax V3 through Perks in the dashboard.
- Included on every plan, and MooveTrax cars don't count toward the connected-car limit for Tesla and Bouncie.
