Marketplaces take a cut of every trip. Fleetwire is a flat monthly price, so moving even part of your bookings direct adds up fast.
Estimate. Marketplace commission varies by host plan and protection choice. Direct bookings pay standard card processing (about 2.9%) to Stripe or Square, which is included above. Plan prices are billed yearly.

Pricing questions
Do I need a credit card for the trial?
No. The 14-day free trial requires no credit card, and you get full Premium features so you can test everything. Add a plan when you're ready to keep going.
Are there any setup fees?
No. You can set up yourself at no cost. If you'd rather we do it, the optional Launch Package comes back to you as Fleetwire credit.
Do you take a percentage or commission on bookings?
No. Fleetwire charges no transaction fees. You connect Stripe and pay standard Stripe processing on payments — a fraction of a marketplace's 25–40% cut.
Is the mobile app included?
Yes, on every plan at no extra cost. The Android app is available on Google Play now, and the iPhone app is coming soon. Your team signs in with their existing Fleetwire accounts.
What's the difference between yearly and monthly?
Yearly billing saves up to 29%. Monthly rates are $34, $89, and $279/mo for Basic, Standard, and Premium. You can start on the free trial either way and switch billing later.
What are seats?
Seats are staff accounts — individual logins for your team to access your Fleetwire admin at the same time. Basic includes 2, Standard 5, and Premium 20.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, any time. When you upgrade or downgrade we pro-rate your subscription based on the price of the new plan.
Is my company and customer data secure?
Yes. Every connection to Fleetwire is encrypted with TLS 1.2 or newer, and card details never touch Fleetwire's servers: Stripe or Square handles them. You can also require a text-message code when your team signs in.
What if I have more than 150 vehicles?
If you're past 150 vehicles or need a custom setup, talk to the team and we'll size a plan to your fleet.
